This field contains the sum of the Reserve 1 amount and Reserve 2 amount shown on the Account Detail screen, Balance & Dates tab. The Reserves Payment field is the total portion of the regular payment that should be applied to the reserve 1 and 2 balances. This portion of the payment is to be used for taxes, insurance, etc.
