This would be the initiation of any administrative, judicial, or non-judicial action or proceeding brought or claim asserted by a borrower that has affected, or has the potential to affect, a Loan or the Borrower’s, Servicer’s, Beneficiary’s, or Lender’s rights or obligations under the Loan.

 

In the End field, enter the date the borrower proceeding ended.
