This list view displays all comments entered for this loan on the Comments tab. It is also referred to as the Collection History. It shows the date and time the comments were entered, the associated contact code, the teller number of the person who entered the comment, and a brief description. A history of the emails sent to borrowers from the Comments tab is also shown in the Comments list view. The date, time, code (EMAIL), employee number, and the borrower email address are stored on one line; the actual message is stored on a separate line.
