These fields are used to enter information about demand notices.

Note: The Demand Notice date is reported to Freddie Mac as status code 80 (Date Breach Letter Sent) and appears on the Freddie Mac EDR Report (FPSRP153).

Field	Description
Demand Notice Mnemonic: FCCDMD, FCCDMS	These fields are used to enter the date the demand notice was sent and the mailing method used. Enter the date using MMDDYYYY format, or use the drop-down calendar to select the date. Possible entries for the method drop-down list are Registered and Certified. The method field is not required.
