The Pre-Petition Arrearage tab allows institutions to manually enter and store information into a table in order to track payments made on amounts that were past due when the bankruptcy filing occurred. These payments are separate from the regular monthly mortgage payment and are typically paid via the Trustee. Information for pre-petition payments will be reflected on statements generated through the Bankruptcy Statement (FPSRP500).
