The following table explains the column in this list.

Explanation |
Date and Time |
This is the date and time the log entry was written. The time is always shown in the viewer's time zone. That way, logs that were created in different time zones are displayed on the screen in the actual order that they appeared. For example, a log that was created at 11:00 a.m. MST and a log that was created at 1:01 p.m. EST would appear to a viewer in CST as a log at noon (the one originated in MST) and a log 12:01 pm (the one originated in CST). |
Sys |
Some elements affect, and are viewable to, all institutions on the system. Other elements pertain only to one institution. The elements that affect all institutions on the system have this check box checked. |
Who Changed |
This is the name of the user or the unique token of the target machine that originated the logged change. |
Component |
This is the system component that originated the log. The Management Component handles the requested screen changes from the GOLDDeploy Management screen. The Agent Component handles requests from the target machines. |
Service Method |
This column shows the specific component method that originated the log. This helps developers resolve any problems that may be reported in the log. |
What Changed |
This column shows which specific type of data (and its unique ID) that is being reported in the log. |
Action |
This column shows the action that was taken, such as Add, Delete, Update, Install, and so forth. |
Type of Detail Text |
This column shows what type of data should be reported in the detail report. |
