Navigation:  GOLDDeploy Management Screen > Settings tab > Parameters field group

Parameters are defined by FPS GOLD employees and used in installations to control where and how installations occur based on the product being installed and the target machine they are installed to. Only parameters defined on this screen can be used by the build server in creating release packages. The list shows the allowable parameter names.

 

To add a parameter:

 

1.Enter the text in the text box.

2.Click <Add>.

 

To remove a parameter from the system:

 

1.Select the parameter you want to delete.

2.Click <Delete>.

or

Right-click on a parameter and select "Delete Parameter" from the menu.

 

 

 

To change a parameter:

 

1.Select the parameter you want to change.

2.In the Valid Parameter Key Names, enter the changes.

3.Click <Update>.
