Field Group: Comments

This field is used to enter comments or actions taken on the loan. These entries are stored in the Comments list view along with the date, time, comment codes, and the number of the employee who entered the comment. Note: Once comments have been entered, they cannot be deleted. This is suggested by auditors for security purposes.
