Navigation:  GOLDDeploy Management Screen > Installation Parameters tab > Assign by field group

You can look at override parameters either by tag, which assigns the override value to all target machines with the tag, or by target, which lets you see and adjust override values for each individual target machine. Select the Tag radio button if you are working with tags and the Target radio button to work with target machines.

 

Buttons

 

•<Show Targets> – When you are working with tags, if you select a tag from the tag list and click this button, all targets linked to the selected tag will be displayed. These are the target machines that will be affected if you add, update, or delete by tag.

•<Add> – Select either the tag or the target you want to work on from the drop-down list. Enter the value for the tag or target in the box next to the drop-down list. Click the add button to add the override value for the selected tag or target.

•<Delete> – Select the tag or target you want to delete, then click the <Delete> button. You can also click right-click on the target you want to delete, then click on "Delete Target Parameter" in the pop-up menu.

 

 

•<Update> – Select the target parameter you want to change. It will show above in the target drop-down list and text box. Enter the text you want and click this button.
